Creating Your Account
This guide walks you through creating your MongoDash account and setting up your first workspace.
Prerequisites
- A valid email address
- Access to a MongoDB database (connection string)
Creating Your Account
Navigate to Sign Up Visit mongodash.app and click Sign Up in the top right corner.
Enter Your Details Provide your email address, name, and password.
Verify Email Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link.
Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder or request a new verification email.
Create Your Workspace After verifying your email, you'll be prompted to create your first workspace. Enter a workspace name and slug.
Workspace Settings
When creating your workspace, you'll configure:
- Workspace Name - A friendly name for your team (e.g., "Production Monitoring")
- Workspace Slug - A unique URL identifier (e.g., "prod-monitoring")
Workspace slugs must be unique across all MongoDash workspaces. Choose something memorable and professional.
